- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Recently purchased a new car financed through on point (via dealership). Gave on point a voided check so they could establish auto pay. I kept checking and they didn't take out my car payment so i call the bank. Every person i spoke to was completely incompetent. Turns out they, for ??? Reason, sent my check to an address i lived at over a decade ago. So now, no payment has been made, a check with all my banking information is floating around with some unknown person, and on point still doesn't have a clue. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This is a great place to do your personal banking. As a business owner we've found it to be more complicated for business banking. But our personal car loans are through On Point and we have great rates. They have a nice website to work with and good ATM access.
